Norway Bound: Part 2
Leaving Oslo to go to Flam, Norway to see the fjords was not easy. Our train was delayed by one hour causing us to miss the train connection through the beautiful Myrdal area. Six coach buses were needed to transport our group instead. Flexibility is the name of the game, and that included dealing with a forecast of rain. It took us several hours to get to our boat. A tasty meringue and cup of coffee eased our transition. Fika is the best! "Norway in a Nutshell" is the way to go if you need help in figuring out how to see the fjords and make transportation connections and lodging choices.
